《English Translation》

〓The trash Democrat administration in the U.S. that occupied Japan after WWII (Harry S. Truman: 1945–1953) mimicked Stalin and the Soviet Communist Party—who crushed the Kulaks (wealthy farmers) during the First Five-Year Plan (1928–1932) and enforced collectivization via kolkhozes—by forcing agricultural land reform upon Japan. They introduced the cultivator-ownership principle, which symbolizes the Marxist-Leninist labor theory of value, and controlled owner-farmers through Agricultural Cooperatives, which served as the Japanese version of kolkhozes.

〓The small-scale owner-farmers created by the land reform of the trash U.S. Democrat administration were burdened with debt as expensive agricultural machinery and supplies were forced upon them by Agricultural Cooperatives. Meanwhile, under the pretense of the Food Control System, their crops were monopolistically purchased at prices dictated by those very cooperatives.

〓In short, they were "owner-farmers" in name only; in reality, they settled for a status that was effectively no different from "tenant farmers or serfs," accepting the rule of Agricultural Cooperatives—the Japanese version of kolkhozes—which had simply replaced the traditional landlords (the bourgeois class).
